1. What AgentikAds does

AgentikAds connects to your Google Ads account and provides AI-powered analysis, recommendations, and campaign management through Claude, an AI assistant. You control what actions are taken — the system only makes changes when you explicitly instruct it to.

2. Your account

• You must provide a valid email address to sign in.
• You are responsible for the Google Ads accounts you connect.
• You must have authority to manage the Google Ads accounts you link.

3. Google Ads access

By connecting your Google Ads account, you authorise AgentikAds to read your account data and, when instructed, make changes on your behalf. This includes creating, modifying, pausing, or enabling campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, and bids.

You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account permissions.

4. Safety and spending limits

Each connected account requires a daily spending cap. This is a hard limit — the system will refuse any action that would cause spending to exceed it. You are responsible for setting an appropriate cap.

Despite these safeguards, AgentikAds works with real advertising budgets. Changes made through the service affect live campaigns and real spending. You should review recommendations before approving them.

5. AI-generated content

Recommendations, audits, and ad copy generated by the AI are suggestions, not guarantees. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all changes to your advertising accounts.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Google Ads API outages, maintenance, or rate limits may temporarily affect functionality.

7. Limitation of liability

AgentikAds is provided "as is." We are not liable for:

• Advertising spend resulting from actions you approved
• Lost revenue from paused or modified campaigns
• Decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations
• Google Ads policy violations in AI-generated ad copy

8. Termination

You can stop using AgentikAds at any time by disconnecting your Google Ads account and revoking access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
