What is AgentikAds?

AgentikAds is a Google Ads management tool that connects to your Google Ads account and helps you analyse, optimise, and manage your campaigns through Claude, an AI assistant by Anthropic.

What data we access

When you connect your Google Ads account, we access:

• Account structure (campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords)
• Performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions)
• Search term reports
• Location and audience targeting settings
• Billing settings (currency only — we never see payment details)

What we do with your data

• Provide the service — your data is used to generate audits, recommendations, and execute changes you request through Claude.
• Store account metadata — we store your account IDs, display names, currency, and daily spending caps to configure safety guards.
• Daily performance snapshots — we store aggregated daily metrics to track trends over time.

What we never do

• Sell or share your data with third parties
• Use your data for advertising or profiling
• Access your billing or payment information
• Make changes to your account without your explicit instruction

Safety controls

Every account has a configurable daily spending cap — a hard limit the system can never exceed. A pause button is available to instantly block all agent activity and spend-raising changes.

Data storage and security

• Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway (EU/US)
• All connections are encrypted via TLS
• API keys and tokens are stored as SHA-256 hashes — we never store raw secrets
• OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest

Third-party services

• Google — OAuth authentication and Google Ads API access
• Anthropic — AI processing via Claude (your data may be sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses)
• Railway — hosting infrastructure
• Resend — transactional email (sign-in links only)

Your rights

You can at any time:

• Disconnect your Google Ads account
• Request deletion of all your data
• Revoke access via your Google Account permissions
